Lettuce NEVER tasted SO GOOD!
The recipe was super, but my one recommendation is: do not eat it when hot. Wait -- be patient --until it cools. Let it sit for awhile and then add a BUNCH of the toppings: carrots, cilantro, chives -- LOAD THEM UP! And then . . .WOW!
YUM!

From EatingWell: June/July 2006Based on a popular Chinese dish, these fun wraps also make appealing appetizers for entertaining. Make it a meal: Serve with chile-garlic sauce and rice vinegar for extra zip; toss diced mango and strawberries with lime juice for a quick dessert.
