Here are some pictures of Daniel and William kicking back watching "Cars". It was William's first time - he seemed to like it, for a little while. I just thought it was so cute how the brothers were snuggling together having a brother moment. Things like that make me so happy. ;-) Daniel is so good with Will. I try to tell Daniel often what a good brother he is, and that William loves him so much and thinks he is so great. I am sure it is hard to be the middle child, knowing that, I try to take moments to tell Daniel how great he is. Daniel has a special personality, very serious about certain things, yet a total joker - kind of like his dad. ;-)
William is standing and moving around all over the place. It is a fun time with him. I love him so much, I am so glad we decided to add him to our family! He is so fun and lovable! (at least I think so!) he adds an element of joy to our family that we would have never known without him! He will be 9 months in a few days! Wow!
The cookies are Daddy's (Charles) favorite oatmeal cinnamon. I adjusted the recipe a bit and created a lovely cookie. They always turn out so good! They were not my favorite, but over time I have grown to really like them too! Yum! I made some today for his Home Teaching and my Visiting Teaching families. ;-)
It was below 0 for the walk to school today - COLD! I wrapped the kids up so all you could see were their little eyes. Sammi sat on top of the stroller all wrapped up - it was pretty funny! Hopefully it will warm up soon!
Hope you are all well and happy!
Lots of love,
Mari

ReplyDeleteI didn't get my hips from eating too many carrots! ;-)
ReplyDeleteHey, I was hoping to see those yummy butterscotch/chocolate chip cookies....mmmmmm
ReplyDeleteThey boys look sweet snuggled there together! Like you, I used to love to see the kids cuddling each other when they were small. Now that they are big, it really warms my heart to see how they look after each other and to witness the love they feel for each other!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work, mommy! You're heart is in the right place and you are doing a GREAT job!!
Lots of love!
