Hairy Mari
I went and had my hair done today. It had been about a year -- it was time!! My hair was getting so heavy -- it was in need of some professional help! It is always SO nice to go in and have my hair thinned out. I actually get headaches from the heaviness of my hair. What a relief when the lady started stripping away at the fatness of my hair! What a huge wad on the floor! I am pretty pleased with the work that she did. All the ladies at the salon were in awe of the mass of hair on my head. I needed double the foil, and hair color. I told them it is a blessing, and a curse!! I can get some serious neck pain!! Before I went in to have my hair done, I had many people tell me I should go short -- but I have come to like the femininity of long hair. :-) It makes me feel like a woman. ;-) wink!

ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how people's hair is so different. I mean that is so crazy that they cut so much of your hair off just to thin it out!! I could only imagine what having that much hair is like. I am really excited about our trip to AK this summer!! Can't wait.
ReplyDeleteyou look HOT Mari. I'm glad you kept your long hair even though you can pull off short hair too. I love the highlights. I'm ready to get some too. I haven't had them for a couple years, but I love the brightness and sparkle they offer...I just dread the growing out period w/ dark roots...oh well...the price we pay to magnify our natural beauty. : )

ReplyDeleteYour hair is solong and beautiful!!! I have always wanted long, pretty hair, but just don't have the right hair type for it. Maybe they could take all the hair that was thinned out of your and add it to mine to thicken mine out. I have super thin, fine hair.
