Chuck-A-Rama

Last night we decided to go out to dinner to celebrate passing the bar. The kids have always wanted to go to Chuck-A-Rama, so that is where we went. It was a first for us. It was your normal style buffet restaurant. The food was pretty good, it was pretty crowded and loud. Chuck-A-Rama is appropriately named, you literally stuff yourself so full you feel like Chuck-A-Raming! By the end of the dinner both Sam and Dan where saying their tummies were too full. Daniel looked on the verge of throwing up, and when they went to the bathroom Charles said someone was throwing up in the bathroom. It is a funny thing really. You go there and they have all this food lying out. You have just paid good money to eat it, so you feel a need to shove as much in as possible, since you can't take it home with you. Then you feel sick! How great is that! Anyhow, from now on I think we will skip the trough and go to restaurants with doggie bags. Another funny thing about the restaurant was that they had huge mirrors all around the buffet area. Why would they do that? That is not a good way to encourage people to eat more. Anyhow, fun times. We all lived through it and though we did eat way too much, we managed not to get sick. Thank goodness! The kids had a lot of fun and already want to go back, and I enjoyed going out on the town. What fun!
