Here are some pictures of Sammi with her brand new smile. She lost both of her top teeth within two days - it was so weird! Her teeth are already coming in underneath. I think it is pretty cute. She now talks with a little lisp. Today they had their practice for the Primary Program and it was pretty cute. She did a great job on the "I am a Child of God" in Spanish. She gets to sing with her best friend Julia so she is happy about that. She also has a cute speaking part about keeping the 8th commandment about not stealing. She says something about riding in a police car if you do steal - it is funny. They said they let the kids write their own parts this time. Some are pretty interesting. I love the Primary kiddos though, they are so cute. In January Daniel will get to join the primary - I cannot wait to see how he does there! I think he will love it. They are both growing so fast! How do you slow them down??? When the baby is born Daniel will be 4 years old! Wow!
The other picture is of Sammi with the block castle I built for her. It is always fun to play with blocks!
Mari-
ReplyDeleteThat block castle is amazing. I hope I can be half the block builder you are. And Sammi, you look so cute with your new smile. Thank heaven those other teeth are coming in behind those lost ones. You know my two teeth next to the ones you lost didn't come in. Now they are fake!
Love you guys--
Mindy aka The Original Favorite Aunt
I am sure you will love to play with blocks Mindy. John is pretty good with blocks too! He used to come up with some pretty good creations.
ReplyDeleteSammi's teeth are coming in, and I am glad, but the dentist already told me she will need braces! Yikes! I think in is a conspiracy. Now they do braces once when they are 8 and then again at 12. Yup, they found a way to make more money! Teeth can be a messy business, I was fang girl before braces! Then one day they will all fall out and you have to get dentures. Now that is something to look forward to!
You only have a week left! I am so excited for you. Being induced is a great way to do it. Of course, I have never done it any other way. I love walking into the hospital knowing you are going to walk out with a new baby. Surprises are all good but if you can avoid water gushing in public - I am all for that! All I have to say is yea for Epidurals!!! The clock is ticking for you. . .
