I have alway wanted to make a Pumpkin Roll.
When I was little, I used to see them in one of my mom's cookbooks, and I have wanted to make one ever since . . . but I have been too chicken. My goal this Autumn season is to do the thing that I have always wanted to do.

I know that the Libby brand has what looks like a good recipe??? If you have made one before that you think is excellent . . . will you share your recipe with me?? PLEASE??

that does look way too good. ask the nielsen's for their recipe....they made a good one last year!

ReplyDeleteThose look so good! I love anything pumpkin, my least favorite being pumpkin pie. But I found out a few years ago that Safeway makes a great pumpkin pie! It's in the chilled desserts section at the bakery, and it already has the whipped cream on it. Sorry, I don't have a recipe for pumpkin roll. I've never made it.

ReplyDeleteYou totally have to make a pumpkin roll. You can do it. I've made a few in the past and they are pretty easy. You just have to be careful when you roll up the cake part so it doesn't crack. Follow the directions well and you won't be disappointed. I think I just follow the recipe on the pumpkin can. Good luck. So worth it and yes, the cream cheese filling is what it's all about.
