Impressive
Charles shared this video with me the other day--I thought it was too funny! It is video of a DUI stop. The officer is trying to get the man to fail the DUI test, but he kept passing them...so she had to get creative. :-) Too funny! Not sure where it is from, however, the cowboy hat might be a clue. :-)
