Here are some pictures of the kids doing their practice tricks for the circus. It is always fun to see what they can do. This was right after our FHE lesson on Faith, which went well. It is so amazing what children except on faith. They also accept what their parents teach them and believe it is true (until they grow up and start questioning). So I figure I better do my best now to teach them how to have faith so they can feel it and understand when they grow up. I love to watch them learn and explain back to me their understanding of gospel principles. It is true joy.
Love, Me

ReplyDeleteEmily,
ReplyDeleteI am glad you have come to check it out. If you go back into the archives there should be some pictures of your kids and also Stephen on the blanket that you made for him (so beautiful). Feel free to comment any time - I LOVE to hear from people!! It is a great way to stay in touch and get the low down on life.
Lots of Love! Me
Hi Emily! thanks again for the celestial afghan. I hope I can take it to heaven with me (not any time too soon, of course. )
ReplyDeleteDear Family,
I wanted to give you all a quick update on Ma & Pa in Samoa. They called last night and asked me to report that they are well and safe. They are currently in Apia (I think that's where they send you if you have to go potty a lot. ) Anyway, a cyclone was forecasted for Savia (not sure how to spell that island yet) and so their MIssion pres cancelled their ferry ride to where they are suppose to be stationed and serve their full time mission. Once the storm passes, they should be on their way to Savia later this week. Mom and Dad are enjoying 100% humidity.....ugh! But, they are smiling through it all and having fun with their new pet... a gekco lives in their current apartment and chirps at night. I'm sure Mom sings right along.
Keep smiling everybody. Remember we chose this 'plan of happiness' so....make the best of it! Shout for joy every day! Let the world hear and see you celebrating life.
hugs & happiness,
Kary
